Fundraisers

Snohomish County Gay Men's Task Force sponsors several fundraisers to help support the needs of people living with AIDS/HIV or organization that assist the GLBT community in Snohomish Count.

Albertson's:  Is a Community Partner and everyone that has registered their Preferred Savings Card, Albertson's will donate a portion of your purchases to the AIDS Project Snohomish County. Another project maintained by SCGMTF. Register your Preferred Savings Card today!

Bowling:  One of these is the ever popular GLBT Bowling League which meets every Sunday (currently @ Glacier Lanes, 9630 Evergreen Way, Everett, Washington 98204 425.353.8292) Games start at 10:00 a.m. - For a fun Sunday, come one come all - the more the merrier!

Quilting:  Another form of fundraising are the quilts so loving made by the "Stag Quilting Club" and dedicated to the people living with AIDS/HIV and the search for a cure. Check out the current Auction and the previous quilts that have been donated or raffled at previous events. They will surely warm the heart and become a family heirloom.

Volunteering at Everett Events Center: We volunteer at one of the consession stands at the Everett Event Center during an event. The money earned is donated to the group. If you would like to participate and for details please contact our current Secretary, Robert.

Other Activities:

  • Sold t-shirts with Task Force logos on them
  • Sold tickets to the Seattle Men's Chorus' Christmas Concert in Everett
  • Sold some donated magazines on e-Bay

We are always looking for new and effective ways to raise funds so if you have any ideas you would share with us, please contact our current Director, John.
